Words just aren’t enough to say how incredibly grateful and fortunate we are to have met you and had you as our Doula.  We would love to have you over for dinner sometime and we both feel elated that you came into our lives and experienced the birth of our son right along with us.
With sincerest love,  K, J & H (Mission, B.C.)
THANK YOU!!  Words cannot express your help, kindness, and care for our family.  We couldn’t have done it without you.  Thank you for being there for us.  Everything was beautiful, organic, and above all full of love for Aleria’s beginning.
With love, Wendy, Derek & Aleria  (Chilliwack, B.C.)

Lydia was the perfect doula for us.  She came in at a moment’s notice and shouldered many of the household responsibilities in addition to helping us care for our newborn twins.  She was compassionate, supportive, and kind in all her interactions.  As an added bonus, she was willing to experiment in our gluten-free, whole foods kitchen to ensure that each meal was healthy, tasty and had great variety.  We gradually phased out her support as I was able to take on more and more responsibilities around the home.  My husband and I felt that this was our best newborn experience ever because of the extra support we received.  We would highly recommend Lydia’s services to others.

Thanks Lydia!  D & P (Abbotsford, B.C.)
